The top of the main mast is 57.9 metres above the waterline.
There is no room for a swimming pool but it does have a Finnish sauna, spa, beauty parlour, hairdresser, library, restaurant, a fitness area with an ocean view and a lounge with a Steinway grand piano.
The stern mast is also a funnel for its engine which was used for travelling along the Tay Estuary.
