Martial Arts Master Trophy - Monkey King: Hero Is Back
You will get that trophy here. You have to wait until he fly to the top level, beat him with weak attacks to avoid his big attack. Then for about 2 seconds you get a prompt to one-on-one him. Be aware if you do this when he has little life or half the life the cutscene will block the trophy.
