One of the first articles of the Constitution establishes the right to equality for all, without distinction of any kind, in addition to guaranteeing, among other things, the right to life. Another article determines that the practice of racism is a non-bailable and imprescriptible crime. The program "Article 5" recalls these two constitutional precepts and shows that in Brazil a young black person is murdered every 23 minutes.
