Risk Based Process Safety (RBPS) Gap Analysis Tool (GAT)
This is an excel format tool that I have quite often used for conducting Gap Analysis based upon the CCPS Risk Based Process Safety (RBPS) framework.
The tool contains a number of focused questions on the 20 Elements within CCPS RBPS to identify shortfalls and improvement opportunities.
The output of the GAT is in the form of a heat map to provide a helicopter view showing where the gaps are relative to scoring and associated colour codes.
