What Is This Pulsating Noise?
I have been hearing this for quite some time ill say 3 months, but now its way louder then when i first noticed it. I really didn't think i would be able to record it at first, then i tried to with my blue snowball that i use for commentaries. All i did was point it at my window and record it in audacity, then i applied the amplify affect so it would be louder and easier to hear.
