Fix Can't Print PDF Issue - Secured Restricted PDF
When you can't print a PDF file, then maybe the PDF file is restricted or secured to prevent the user from printing it. If you can open the PDF document but can not print it or fill the forms, then try the fix shown in the video by qpdf app.
