Fallout: Prince of Darkness Set
While the Spectres, or Ghouls as they are originally called, are blatantly racist in the Fallout series, many of the coolest characters are also born from them. For example, there's Raul in Fallout: New Vegas, Hancock in Fallout 4, and Cooper Howard in the Fallout series. The early Fallout games are no exception, especially Set, the leader of Necropolis, the subject of this video, with a deep story worth knowing.
In this video, I explained the history of Necropolis, who Set is, and what's happening to this character and his city today.
