How to link your PR card to your IRCC account👇
For Landed peoples
1) Sign into GC Key.
2) At the bottom of the landing page where you have your application listed, you’ll see *Add (link) your application to your account*. Click on it
3) In Category, select Permanent Resident Card
4) In Application Details, choose UCI and Family Name (not Application number as it has a different application number)
5) Enter all the details required as it appears on your passport. So City/Town of birth for example would be LAGOS not Lagos
6) Click on Search once you’ve filled everything. It will then tell you it’s found an application with your details. You can then link it. If it doesn’t find then you haven’t entered something correctly as this happened to me first when I typed Lagos instead of LAGOS.
Also Date you became PR is your landing date not your COPR issuance date

The beginning of PR Card application is the end of COPR stamping at CBSA...
I advise you do this two days after you have landed!!!
*Its a good way to track your PR card application and be receiving emails just like you was receiving when you was anxiously waiting for PPR!!!!
