Here's a guitar tutorial on how to play shallow by Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper from the movie A Star Is Born. I'm breaking down everything you need to know to learn this really easy song! Enjoy!
1. In this guitar lesson you will learn exactly step-by-step how to play shallow on acoustic guitar starting from chords, rhythm patterns and the structure of the song. You will also get a ton of tips so make sure to watch until the end!
2. We are gonna be using 7 basic and easy chords for shallow. Such as Em7, D/F#, C, G, D, Am, Bm.
3. The structure of the song is quite easy. We’re gonna start with the Intro, Verse, Pre-Chorus, Chorus, Verse 2, Pre-Chorus, Chorus, Bridge, Chorus. For the purpose of the video, I’ll show you exactly how to play each of the sections to make sure you can master as soon as possible. Once you master all the sections, connect all of them.
4. Make sure to practice as slow as possible and make sure to put your fingers on the correct position as we’ve seen previously. To master this song perfectly I’d recommend practicing for at least 30 min/day. I guarantee you that if you have a regular practice you will master shallow in less than 15 minutes!
