[R2P x NHKR 2023] Introducing Ethan Hee-Seok Shin and how to apply R2P to North Korea.
We had the wonderful opportunity to interview Ethan Hee-Seok Shin, who is a legal analyst at Transitional Justice Working Group (TJWG) and one of the panellists from the R2P x North Korean Human Rights that was held in Seoul in 2023. Ethan explains how his interest in North Korean human rights started, as well as his opinions on the current state on NKHR situation and what should be done to further the cause.
