How many revisions to include in your proposal price?

Revisions can be tricky that's why I don't include them in the project proposal. The main reason is that one revision can be a small change or a complete remake of your work so there is really no way to know how much time you will need to make revisions in advance. I usually charge extra for revisions on a hourly rate or I quote a separate price on how much the revision will cost once I know how much effort is required.
