The MBM Motorised Folding Machines are of fully tempered construction, and of modern soft radius, clean surface design.
The range of MBM Folders can accommodate sheets from 1270-3000mm and up to 3,0mm thickness in Mild Steel.
MBM models offer many great features for maximum material folding flexibility. When handling large sheets, the precision of bending is key right across the full width of the material. This is particularly important when producing G-Panels, as consistent quality and accuracy of the bend is required to ensure the perfect fit of each panel-piece.
All MBM models can be offered with or without a motorised back-gauge and have a 7 inch Beijer Electronics Touchscreen as standard equipment. The control software is very user friendly, and provides the operator with easy input for both single folds, and complete fold programs. The standard software offers up to 40 programs with 50 steps in each program.
The folding beam is powered by a direct-gear driven system, providing much better control and higher bend accuracy compared to normal chain drive systems. Adjustment of the clamp-beam for the material thickness is easily achieved. The adjustment of material thickness is motorised and adjusted by the built-in touch screen controller.
Standard version is without any back gauge.
