The vast grasslands of the Northern Great Plains support an amazing array of wildlife, yet this ecosystem is one of the most threatened and least protected in the country.
Ranchers, farmers, Indigenous-led groups and the individuals who call this landscape home have come together around a common purpose: to safeguard this precious ecosystem for generations to come. Without locally led action, the destruction of this critical landscape would have global consequences.
