Introducing Springfit Online!
Springfit Online is a Facebook Group for members which provides a collection of useful resources including pictures and videos of fitness classes, skills, tips, conditioning, exercises, drills, games and other related activities. Hosted ‘watch parties’ and interactive content allows members to show us what you are doing from home when it is not possible to attend classes in person.
Our aim is to keep all of our Springfit family active, healthy and engaged!
