Installing a Memory Safe Rust Operating System - Redox OS 0.8.0
Trying to install Redox OS 0.8.0 and 2024.08.13 to Disk. See what is required to get Redox OS Installed. Some items we encountered were Redox OS failing to boot when ICH6 audio device exists (switch to ich9), ISO comes compressed and needs to be decompressed, Installer is not prominent in livedisk, Installer does not show disks unless run as root user, default NetSurf browser does not detect mouse input. Issues have been opened for all of these on the Redox OS gitlab.
