How to Manually Update WordPress Using Fresh WordPress Files
In this video we will learn how to update WordPress using On-Click Update button inside the dashboard and manually update WP.

1:09 Deactivate all plugins that you're using

2:14 Download fresh WP files from : https://wordpress.org/download/
2:44 Open or extract the WP files. I'm using The Unarchiver app for Mac - http://wakaba.c3.cx/s/apps/unarchiver
4:00 Comparing the older and the fresh new WP files
4:58 Deleting all the old files, EXCEPT wp-content folder, wp-config.php and your own files or folders if there are any.
6:06 Delete wp-content WHICH you just downloaded in your computer, Do NOT delete wp-content folder from your server.
6:53 Compress the fresh files to a .zip files
7:06 Upload the fresh .zip files to server and extract them, don't forget to delete the .zip file when you're done.
