يَا مَن لَهُ الإِسرَاءُ وَالـمِعرَاجُ كَانَ تَشَرُّفَا
O [Muhammad] to whom the Isra’ and Mi^raj was an honor,
وَلَهُ بِدَاجِ اللَّيلِ فِي الطُّرُقَاتِ نُورٌ مَا اختَفَى
who has a glow that never disappeared from the roads on the dark nights,
للهِ مَا حَمَلَ البُرَاقُ مِنَ الهُدَى فَتَلَطَّفَا
Praise be to Allah, for what Al-Buraq carried and was gentle with
وَعَلَا عَلَى المِرقَاةِ لِلسَّبعِ الطِّبَاقِ تَشَوُّفَا
[he] ascended on al-Mirqat, to the seven heavens, [to the

الحُبُّ فِي اسمِ مُحَمَّدٍ ~ وَلَقَد تَبَدَّى أَحرُفَا
Love is in the name of Muhammad ~ and it has been expressed in letters
وَبِحُسنِهِ بَينَ الوَرَى ~ كُنهُ الجَمَالِ تَعَرَّفَا
by his beauty, among the creation, – the essence of beauty was defined
اللهُ قَد صَلَّى عَلَى ~ ذَاتِ النَّبيِّ المُصطَفَى
Allah has honored ~ the self of the chosen Prophet
صَلُّوا عَلَيهِ وسَلِّمُوا ~ فَعَسَاهُ أَن يَتَعَطَّفَ
So, praise him and ask for peace to be bestowed upon him ~ may he be sympathetic [with us]
صلى الله على أعلانا نُزُلا
أحمدُ طه الزينْ في الدرجاتِ علا
O Allah grant more honour to our highest-ranked,
the most graceful, Muhammad (Ahmad- Taha), with the utmost status
