Paciente que consulta por sangrado uterino anormal y antecedente de acretismo placentario último nacimiento, se realiza histeroscopía de Bettocchi confirmando diagnóstico de Síndrome de Asherman y se resuelve con Morcelador de Bigatti.
Patient who consulted for Abnormal uterine bleeding and a history of placental accreta in the last birth, a Bettocchi hysteroscopy was performed confirming the diagnosis of Asherman Syndrome and it was resolved with Bigatti Shaver.
