Can you guess this creamy white wine?
With a medium yellow color and hints of apple, lemon zest, peach, Greek yogurt, and a touch of hazelnut, can you guess what’s in my glass? The creaminess comes from malolactic fermentation, but there’s no oak. It’s dry and quite fresh and zesty. Oak is rarely used where this wine comes from, and in fact, it’s never used by this producer. Think you know what it is?
