Oblivion: How to Level Mage Skills Quickly with iFPSClamp
Additional Info:
iFPSClamp can be set from 1(fastest) to 199(slowest).
If iFPSClamp is set to low values, NPC's phase through objects and can drown easily if water is nearby.
Setting iPresentInterval=1 to 0 alongside with iFPSClamp increases engine speed even more drastically.
This method can be used to level other skills, like athletics. Prolonged playtime with this glitch active will cause the oblivion animation bug.
