This week, Mike Süsser is off to beautiful Freiburg. Ulrich kicks things off with his restaurant "GLASMÄNNLEIN." The motto here is: Allgäu meets Black Forest. From Mediterranean dishes to Alpine cuisine, everything is there. The interior ambiance is reminiscent of a cozy ski lodge. Let's see if Ulrich's opponents will feel at home in this interior.

"My Local, Your Local" introduces five likeable restaurant owners and their establishments and pits them against each other – but not in the usual way. The restaurant owners treat themselves as guests in four other restaurants and take a closer look at the other establishments. In return, they would, of course, also have to check in with the other participants for a visit to their establishment and test their food and restaurant. While the average restaurant guest might only pay attention to the full plate, the professionals know exactly what matters: taste, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, unbeatable value, and, of course, the overall concept.
