Originally developed at Netflix and open-sourced in 2018, Apache Iceberg’s popular open table format enables users to create large scale analytics tables using SQL. The versatility of Apache Iceberg makes it an ideal data storage vehicle for analytical workloads.
In this session we'll discuss Apache Iceberg inside and outside of Snowflake and how you can start using it today for your object storage cost savings, advanced analytics transmissions, and super scaling your cloud data warehouse.
