I'm actually surprised at how well Sampo and Jiaoqiu were able to work off of each other. I was definitely more interested in building Jiaoqiu for a dot team rather than just have him as a debuffer since I don't own Blackswan or Kafka. If you also don't own kafka/blackswan and you have Jiaoqiu maybe try out this build!
