How to Migrate Gmail to Zoho Mail | Step-by-Step Email Migration Guide (2025)

For Single User (Personal Gmail → Zoho Mail)
If you want to migrate your personal Gmail account, use Zoho’s built-in import tool.
🔸 Step 1: Log in to Zoho Mail
Go to: https://mail.zoho.com
🔸 Step 2: Open Import Option
Go to Settings (⚙️) → Mail Accounts → Import/Export Email.
Click Import → choose “From Other Account (IMAP)”.
🔸 Step 3: Enter Gmail Details
Email Address: your Gmail address
Server: imap.gmail.com
Port: 993
Security: SSL
Password: App password (from your Google Account Security settings)
Click Import — Zoho will fetch all emails.
🔸 Step 4: Verify
Once import is complete:
Check folders.
Ensure all messages appear in Zoho Mail.
