Just had the itch to go ahead and do my version of Saving The PAC-12 AND making it even Stronger by making it the PAC-16!
Added DETAILS:
Forgetting FOX/FS1, replacing with Turners TNT/TBS and renew ABC/ESPN.
Go after CBS and NBC Networks!
Explain why PAC-16 should forget FOX and reasoning for airing on the other Networks.
What does NBC and USA show Saturdays at NOON ET?
What does CBS and USA show on Saturday Nights?
Getting the CBSSN package for gaining 4 Mountain West Teams.
Football Scheduling:
Play the 3 teams in your own POD every season, Home and Away will flip every season.
Play 2 from each of the other PODS total of 6 teams, 9 Conference Games a season plus 1 more for the PAC-16 Championship Game (The Top 2 Teams only). Play the other 6 teams the fallowing season. That way you play everyone who's out of your POD every other season with Home and Away rotating, so in a 4 year period you play your fellow POD teams 4 times and the rest of the Conference 2 times.
Basketball Scheduling:
The best solution for this was to actually keep the POD System for Basketball as well because in order to make it a 18 game Conference Schedule you play the 3 teams in your POD 2 times, Home and Away, that's 6 games, then everybody else 1 time, that's 12 games, with Home and Away switching every season.
PAC-16 Basketball Tournament:
All 16 teams will participate in a Single Elimination Tournament being seeded with best to worst records. 1-16. 1 vs 16, 2 vs 15, 3 vs 14, 4 vs 13, 5 vs 12, 6 vs 11, 7 vs 10, 8 vs 9. Winners keep advancing until there's a Champion.
1 Network will host the Tournament and then rotate to another Network the fallowing season in a 4 year period and start over (CBS/CBSSN, ABC/ESPN, TNT/TBS, NBC/USA).

T-Moblie Arena in Las Vegas, NV
Chase Center in San Francisco, CA
Alamodome in San Antonio, TX
Intuit Arena in Los Angeles, CA
Footprint Arena in Phoenix, AZ
PAC-16 College Football Friday Night Game:
5PM Game Network: TNT or TBS or USA.
7:30PM Game Network: ESPN or NBC or CBS.
PAC-16 College Football Saturday Schedule:
NOON Game Networks: NBC and/or USA.
2:30PM Game Networks: TNT and/or TBS.
5PM Game Networks: ABC and/or ESPN.
7:30PM Game Networks: CBS and/or CBSSN.
PAC-16 Championship Game Networks:
Rotated Friday and Saturday Annually.
4 year rotation between:
Friday Championship Networks: ESPN/NBC.
Saturday Championship Networks: TNT/CBS.
Friday/ESPN, Saturday/TNT, Friday/NBC, Saturday/CBS.
PAC-16 Championship Game Stadiums:
5 year rotation between:
Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, NV
SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, CA
StateFarm Stadium in Phoenix, AZ
AT&T Stadium in Dallas, TX
