Through a combination of courses in anatomy and physiology, nutrition, physical conditioning, athletic therapy, and business, students prepare for a variety of career opportunities in the fitness industry. Students gain the essential leadership and academic qualifications to start their career in fitness management, physical training or coaching, and have the opportunity to continue their education through one of our degree pathways.
