The Interdependence of Types - how we work well together
Richard Beaumont talks about how the four different Types are interdependent on each in an ideal work project. Richard outlines how together the work gets done and every Type plays their part without getting exhausted or frustrated. A short reminder of the big picture that we are actually better together if we honour our differences and treat each other correctly on a Type basis. Richard also draws attention to advantages of knowing "what you are missing" in terms of Circuitry and the advantages of colloboration to ensure a better chance of success.
