Coffee beans cookies recipe :
• Butter 🧈 - 60g
• Icing sugar - 40g
• Egg yolk 🥚 - 1
• Instant coffee - 1/2 Tbsp
• Hot water - 1 Tbsp
• Flour - 120g
• Cocoa powder - 10g
• Corn starch - 25 g
Bake at 170 °C /340 °F for 10-12 minutes
