JOIN US: Commemorating 50 Years Since the New Murti-Pratishtha of Islington Mandir
On Sunday 15 September 1974, Pramukh Swami Maharaj ceremoniously installed the new murtis at Islington Mandir, which Yogiji Maharaj had inaugurated four years earlier, in 1970.
A special sabha has been arranged at London Mandir on Sunday 15 September 2024 – exactly 50 years to the day – to commemorate this historic occasion.
Don’t miss the inspiring programme that will revive invaluable smrutis of the ‘Islington’ era through moving eye-witness accounts from swamis and devotees of the 1970s.
