This film opens with footage of Jim Clark winning the 1965 Indianapolis 500 in a Lotus 38. The commentary points out that eight of the eleven finishers were in cars powered by Ford engines. There is then a presentation of the new improved US Fords for the 1966 market. Highlights include the launch of a 7 litre engined Galaxie 500, a Fairlane GT with optional "sports shift cruise-o-matic" and - available as an extra across all the range - an 8 track music system.
