Philly comedian and vlogger Shelovesraud has accused up and coming Philly rapper aOT7 Quanny of scamming him out of $3,500. Over a week ago Raud dropped a video with Quanny called “72HRS Wit 0t7 Quanny”, and an hour long video titled “OT7 Quanny Scammed Me for 3.5K!
