Agile is often described as both an incremental and iterative, but the 2 approaches are in fact very different. In a previous video ( • Is agile incremental or iterative? ), I looked at the definitions of incremental and iterative and explained in details what it means using the Mona Lisa as a metaphor. But it's all a bit too abstract.... so here is a concrete example from "real life", to show you what it means to be both incremental and iterative.
