Note that if you have Clipboard History Turned On, the Empty Clipboard Action empties Current Clipboard Data, but you can Still Access Clipboard History Items using Windows + V Command.
After Running the Empty Clipboard Action, the Ctrl + V Action will not have any data to paste, but Windows + V will still Have Data to Paste.
