Hey guys ! So this video is kind of a long time coming. I love these movies so much and I often added them in the multifandom videos I made, but I feel like they deserved their own tribute because they have their own little world.
I rediscovered the Four Seasons by Vivaldi recomposed by Max Richter and when I heard Summer III I started getting the idea of this video. Then I watched Portrait of a Lady On Fire, where this song has a special signification and I just knew I had to do it.
There are sooo many themes in these movies (and the books they’re adapted from), I tried to portray some of them as well as I could. Of course one of the main theme is the passionate and imperishable love stories but one of the thing I noticed more and more while making this is the relationships between women and the discreet and tender support and benevolence they have towards one another. It’s something I didn’t necessarily notice years ago when I discovered these movies but hope I managed to show it here.
