Brian Bohannon steps down or got fired
On November 10, 2024, Kennesaw State Owls Head Coach Brian Bohannon, who helped build the football program from scratch and led its transition from the FCS to the FBS this season, stepped down on Sunday, the school announced. Later in the day, however, Brian Bohannon said in a social media post that he was fired. Brian Bohannon had a Head Coaching record of 78 Wins, 38 Losses. Co-Offensive Coordinator Chandler Burks will serve as interim coach for the Kennesaw Owls final three games.
