Transforming Routine Health Data Analysis: Testimonials on the CD2030 R-Shiny Application
APHRC's Countdown to 2030 initiative developed the CD2030 R-Shiny application, an interactive tool designed to simplify and standardize the analysis of routine health facility data. The application loads data, conducts data quality assessments (DQA), analyzes data, and generates outputs and reports. It leverages R’s versatility and visualization power to streamline the analysis cycle; from data extraction to data use for decision-making by automating most of the manual steps in evidence generation.
