Drill Press Table Hack / woodworking tips
If you plan on making a drill press table, you should make it possible to remove the part that will be in contact with drill bits. This is how I made mine so that I can easily make replaceable plates out of plywood and swap them out when it is necessary. It is also worth mentioning that I offset the plate a little bit towards the back, that way I can spin the plate when I need a clean section to work with.
