30th edition of Hilton Haring Feest 2025
July 1st, 2025 marked an important milestone - the 30th edition of Hilton Haring Feest took place 🐟
Alongside our partner Jan van As, we welcomed over 500 guests to honor this beloved Dutch tradition. What an incredible spectacle it was to see our iconic façade come alive with graceful vertical dancers – a breathtaking tribute to three decades of celebration.
For 29 editions, the herring barrel made its way to our garden from the water. This year, we created something entirely new, bringing the barrel in a completely different way right here in the heart of Amsterdam-Zuid. And if you look closely, you might spot our General Manager Alessio Colavecchio descending from the façade! 👀
We tasted delicious Hollandse Nieuwe in true Dutch style and explored exciting culinary twists on this beloved delicacy. And as the haring season continues, we warmly invite you to join us at Garden Terrace and Half Moon Lounge to experience this cherished Dutch tradition.
