First time flying IndiGo: great airline or flying bus?
In this video I take a flight on IndiGo's workhorse A321neo from Hyderabad to Chennai in India. I'm on a flex ticket with perks but in a standard window seat to get the full experience. I'll show you what it's like at Hyderabad Airport, the boarding process, what the seat, service and food is like – and as always there's plenty of beautiful flying views on this later afternoon service down to southeast India. Is this really the go-to choice for a well-run, reliable airline in India? Or is it just another low-cost sardine can experience? Let's see!
