Final Fantasy XIV's Oceanic Datacenter Is Launching Early! Materia is live 25/1!
Yoshi P has announced that the planned opening of OCE servers for Final Fantasy XIV is going to be 02:00 PST on 25th January, just days away.
The datacenter, Materia, will comprise of five worlds initially, and incentives will be offered for players creating new characters there or transferring across entirely.
Housing access and lottery purchases will be delayed until Patch 6.1, but in all other respects, OCE is good to go!
