To flash Xiaomi firmware while saving data, a lot of research has been done over the past few months and thanks to them, it was revealed that it is still possible to flash the device, but 3 main conditions must be met.
1) The firmware that we will flash into the device must be the version and region that the eft pro program reads.
2) Xiaomi recovery must be version 5.
3) At the moment, the only available program that I was able to flash Xiaomi in this way is the eft pro program.
Other programs such as Miassistant, Miflesh pro, Xiaomi Tool v1 and v2, Fastflash could not help me with this. Perhaps an alternative program, umt pro, can help, but I don’t have it.
It is even possible to downgrade the firmware from Hyper OS to MIUI.
