Project Origin: This was my final 8th-semester project at Backstage Pass Institute of Gaming and Technology®.
Inspiration: The core concept for the level design and rocket control was directly and solely inspired by the existing game Project Boost.
Teamwork: The success of the project was a result of valuable collaboration. We sincerely appreciate the power of working together!

🕹️ Game Features & Highlights: Rocket Landing™

Game Type: 2.5D Physics Puzzler (The challenge is solving navigation through controlled physics).
Physics-Based Mechanics: The gameplay featured simple, touch-controlled physics (Left, Right, and Boost) crucial for mastering soft landings.
Level-Based Challenge: The game was designed for increasingly difficult, puzzled levels. We successfully implemented and refined two to three core levels—a powerful demonstration of the mechanics—and proudly completed the design documents for the rest of the planned experience.
Deliverables: We proudly completed and documented the project with essential deliverables, such as a Game Abstract, a multi-part Game Design Document, and a Project Report.

✍️ A Personal Note From Fasi

Self-Reflection and Growth: Successfully completing this final project validated the technical and creative skills acquired throughout the semester. This experience taught me that embracing complexity was beautiful and necessary for professional growth! It also provided the valuable lesson that managing scope was key to professional game development.
