Today I feel empty and don't know what to do with it all. I'm taking pills again; maybe this is a severe reaction to my depression. I don't know, I can't process it. I saw a therapist today, hoping I can work through this and restore my psyche.
For the last year, I thought I was mentally stable and everything was fine, but here it is.
