How to diagnose the reason the vehicle is not moving:
Open the Navitas app to diagnose the problem.
Click on your vehicle serial number to open the dashboard
If there is a yellow caution button then click to see error message
If no yellow caution, read the green print at the bottom of the screen to see the input the vehicle is waiting for
Open the diagnostic page to check I/O, to monitor the corresponding input
