For ~17 pieces (~460g):
1 egg
200g cottage cheese
110g butter
60g powdered sugar
~ 180g flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt and vanillin
Bake in a well-heated oven at 180C for ~ 20 minutes.
