Step 1: Download NvTrueHDR

Open NvTrueHDR and drag the Game Executable (if it doesn't work, go to the Nvidia app and add the game executable manually, then try again the NvTrueHDR)
Step 2: Download TrueHDRTweaks

Copy the folder X64 or X86 (depending on the game) to the Game's folder (where the executable is).
When you open the game, then close it to check if an additional log file was created (the name is truehdrtweaks.log). If it wasn't created, you need to rename winmm.dll to one of these names

Step 3 open truehdrtweaks to change the settings. Select the quality, peak brightness, mid tones, color saturation, etc.
