Crossbow coin mech jammed
In the arcade game "Crossbow", if the switch in the coin slot doesn't re-open in 5 seconds because the coin hasn't passed all the way through and is stuck, the game will freeze and tell you with an on-screen message saying "COIN MECH JAMMED". You can recreate this in the Mame emulator by holding the "coin insert" key for five seconds. Like I show in the video.
