This video was shot entirely on a GoPro Hero 4 Black: http://amzn.to/2tERVrQ The splash shots were shot at 240fps at 720P, and the other slow mo shots were 120fps at 1080P. Everything was edited down to 720P in Adobe Premiere Pro.
