Aghanim shards ursa reworked (Patch 7.29)
📺 Tutorial:
This is another OP rework we got from Patch 7.29
With Aghanim's Shards, every time Ursa doing Earthshock, it will trigger activation of Enrage for 1.5 Seconds duration. And with 8 seconds cooldown, Ursa can Strong Dispel himself and tanking the team pretty quick.
