Minecraft Java/Bedrock | Smallest Sequential Vertical Combo Lock Tutorial
Hey guys, it's CrossAirs, and today I present to you the smallest vertical sequential combo lock in Minecraft. 2 months ago I designed a combo lock in response to Crafty, but it required a whole extra layer, and more importantly, was very slow. However this new design uses staggered layers, and that has made it the definitive smallest sequential combo lock. (Until it was beaten) However, it still stands as the best vertical design, making it easier to fit inside a base.
About the Combo Lock -
This design works on both Bedrock and Java 1.13+. Its redstone remains almost entirely underneath the ground while being infinitely expandable, and it is sequential and silent with automatic reset, not to mention that it's (formally) the smallest *when 4+ digits long. It will take any comparator input type and works with all 15 signal strengths. It was designed on the Synergy server on 3/30/23. The keypad design is by MelonBP.

To figure out how deep your combination is, add 1 to your # of digits, and then multiply that number by 2. (#+1)*2
